Implementation is grounded in extensive consultations and stakeholder engagements involving every key segment of society — traders, women, youths, diaspora Nigerians, people living with disabilities and students.
The Committee’s work is sequenced as 30-day Quick Wins, 6-month Critical Reforms and longer-term structural changes. Each phase combines policy recommendations with implementation support so that approved reforms move from paper to practice without losing momentum.
